About Attorney Jennifer Harbaugh

Jennifer Harbaugh is an attorney with Chuck Clay & Associates, bringing
ten years of legal experience to the firm. Her areas of special expertise
include premises liability, product liability, tractor-trailer accidents
and medical malpractice. Prior to joining the firm she served as an associate attorney.
With licenses to practice in Georgia and Arkansas, Jennifer is a member
of several professional associations: The State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta
Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, American Bar Association, Georgia
Defense Lawyers Association, Order of the Barristers and Brainerd Currie
Originally from Shreveport, LA, Jennifer attended Mercer University, where
she earned her B.A. with magna cum laude honors and her J.D. with cum
laude honors. During law school, Jennifer served as a member of the Moot
Court Team and Law Review, winning the 2001 Hugh Lawson III Memorial Moot
Court Competition and becoming a finalist in the 2002 Georgia Intrastate
Moot Court Competition.
Jennifer has a tenacious drive to succeed in everything that she does,
and employs a “never give up” attitude in every case that
she handles. She loves the variety of her legal practice – learning
the interesting facts about each case, the people they involve and their
lives, and interacting with lawyers from all over the country.
Today Jennifer lives in Rogers, AR with her husband and their infant son,
Henry. When away from the office, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, photography,
baking and knitting. She also provides volunteer services in support of
the Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter.
